Creating Fillets and Chamfers as Assembly Features

You can create fillet and chamfer features in assemblies.

To create an assembly feature fillet or chamfer:

  1. Select edges or faces to fillet or chamfer.
  2. Click Fillet or Chamfer (Features toolbar), or click Insert > Assembly Feature , then Fillet or Chamfer.
  3. Set the options in the Fillet or Chamfer PropertyManager. Under Feature Scope, specify which components you want the feature to affect.
    Assembly features cannot be propagated to Toolbox parts.
