Slicing Mesh BREP Bodies Using Planar Entities

To slice mesh BREP bodies using planar entities:

  1. Open a model of a mesh BREP body.
  2. Click Insert > Slicing .
  3. Select a facet in the center of the planar face.
  4. In the PropertyManager, specify options and click .
    The software creates line segments wherever there are mesh intersections.
    A slice1 folder appears in the FeatureManager design tree that stores the slicing planes and sketches.
