Viewing Previews of Library Features

When you save a library feature (.sldlfp) or a forming tool (.sldprt), the thumbnail graphic is saved in an isometric view, zoomed to fit, with a white background.

The preview also includes the name of the library feature and, optionally, a description.

To see the preview:

  1. Click the Design Library tab tab_Design_Library.gif on the Task Pane.
  2. Browse to where the library feature, forming tool, or part is located.
  3. In the lower panel of the Task Pane, move your pointer over the item.
