Properties Dialog Box
You can access the Properties dialog box for items such as features and drawing views.
When you enable the Design with
SOLIDWORKS app and update a model for compatibility with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, the Configuration
Properties and the Properties
Summary tabs display in the Properties dialog box. The Summary, Custom, and Configuration Specific tabs display for models that
are not compatible with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
To access a Properties dialog box:
Do one of the following:
- Select an item in the graphics area or FeatureManager design tree and click Properties
on the Standard toolbar.
- Right-click an item in the graphics area or FeatureManager design tree and select Properties
When you right-click an item, more than one Properties menu item might be available. For example, if you right-click a face on a component, Properties is available for Component, Feature, and Face.
