Smart Fasteners Part Numbers

You can assign part numbers and descriptions to Smart Fasteners. The part numbers become part of the Toolbox database, and are available to you in other assemblies.

To assign part numbers and descriptions to Smart Fasteners:

  1. In the FeatureManager design tree, right-click a part in the Smart Fasteners folder .
  2. Select Edit Toolbox component to open the Configure Component PropertyManager.
  3. In the Part Numbers section, click Add.
  4. Enter a part number and description.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click .
