Sketching Parabolas

To create a parabola:

  1. Click Parabola Tool_Parabola_Sketch.gif (Sketch toolbar) or Tools > Sketch Entities > Parabola.
    The pointer changes to Pointer_Parabola.gif.
  2. Click to place the focus of the parabola and drag to enlarge the parabola.
    The parabola is outlined.
  3. Click on the parabola and drag to define the extent of the curve.
