Inserting Magnetic Line Automatically

You can insert magnetic lines automatically when using the Auto Balloon command.

  1. In a drawing, click Auto Balloon Tool_auto_balloon_annotations.gif (Annotation toolbar) or Insert > Annotations > Auto Balloon.
  2. In the PropertyManager, under Balloon Layout, select Insert magnetic line(s).
    Insert magnetic line(s) is not available with the circular pattern type.
  3. Set the options.
  4. Click PM_OK.gif.
    You can drag balloons to the magnetic line or insert additional magnetic lines and move the balloons to them.
