Inserting Auto Balloons Into a Drawing View

To insert auto balloons into a drawing view:

  1. Click Auto Balloon on the Annotations toolbar, or click Insert > Annotations > Auto Balloon.
  2. Select a drawing view in which you want to insert the balloons.
  3. Set properties in the Auto Balloon PropertyManager.
  4. Drag a balloon to increase or decrease the leader lengths for all of the balloons.
  5. Click PM_OK.gif.
    The balloons are placed outside the view border, and the leaders do not intersect.

    Once you close the PropertyManager, you can edit the balloons individually or as a selected group.
