Sheet Metal Parameters from Material
Use material sheet metal parameters | Uses sheet metal parameters attached to the selected
material. When you assign a custom material to a sheet metal part, you can link the sheet metal parameters to the material. This option uses sheet metal parameters attached to the selected material. When selected, the parameters assigned to the material apply to everything in the Sheet- Metal folder in the FeatureManager design tree. |
Direction 1 and Direction 2
End Condition | Determines how the feature
extends. Set the end condition type. If necessary, click Reverse Direction
to extend the
feature in the opposite direction from that shown in the preview.

Sheet Metal Gauges
Up ToUse gauge table | Lets you set a gauge table. |
Sheet Metal Parameters
Thickness | Specifies the sheet metal thickness. | |
Reverse direction | Thickens the sketch in the opposite direction. | |
Symmetric | Adds an equal amount of material to both sides of
the sketch. Symmetrical thickness helps you create sheet metal parts from sketches to help achieve equal bend radii for upward and downward bends. |
