The Entity Property dialog box displays the names of faces, surfaces, bodies, or edges.
To change the name of an edge, face, body, or surface:

Right-click an edge, face, body, or surface.

Select Edge Properties, Body Properties, or Face Properties.
The Entity Property dialog box appears.

Under Entity Information, change the entity name in the Name box.

Click OK.
The name of the edge, face, body, or surface is changed.
The names you assign to solid or surface bodies appear in
Solid Bodies 
or
Surface Bodies 
in the FeatureManager design tree.
The names you assign to edges and faces appear in the
Named Entities dialog box. These names are used under certain conditions when replacing components in an assembly.
