You can control individual values for trailing zeroes in dimensions, tolerances, and property values.

To set trailing zeroes in dimensions:

This setting applies to each numeric property value on the Units page of Document Properties such as Mass, Density, Volume, Surface Area, Cost, Center of Mass, and Block Tolerance.
This setting also applies to numeric property values that are displayed in the graphics area or are evaluated in custom properties or other annotations such as notes and tables.
