Stud Wizard Overview

You can use the Stud Wizard to create external threaded stud features.

You define the stud parameters then position the studs on the model. You can also apply thread parameters to existing cylindrical shafts.

To create stud features, click Stud Wizard (Features toolbar) or Insert > Features > Stud Wizard.

To view the threads, click Tools > Options > Document Properties > Detailing and under Display Filter, select Cosmetic threads or Shaded cosmetic threads.
