Table Template

Click Open table template for Weld Table PM_Table_Browse_Template.gif to choose a standard or custom template. This option is available only during table insertion. The weld table templates supplied with the software add columns to the default format. They are located at install_dir\lang\english. For details, see Table Templates.

The standard template (weldtable-standard.sldwldtbt) creates ITEM NO., WELD SIZE, SYMBOL, WELD LENGTH, WELD MATERIAL, and QTY. columns. You can add or change columns to include weld bead custom properties:
  • Weld material
  • Weld process
  • Weld mass
  • Weld cost
  • Weld time
  • Weld mass per unit length
  • Welding cost per unit mass
  • Welding time per unit length

Table Position

The stationary corner controls the direction in which the table expands when adding new columns or rows.

Set Stationary corner to:

Combine same weld type Combines all similar welds (same bead size, type (intermittent or full), and weld length) and calculates the cumulative weld length and mass. For details, see Combining Same Weld Types in Weld Tables.
