Apply Envelope Dialog Box - Show or Hide
In the Apply Envelope dialog box, specify selection criteria to hide or show assembly components based on their positions relative to an envelope component.
To open this dialog box:
In the FeatureManager design tree or graphics area, right-click an envelope and click

Specifies criteria for selecting components. Choose one or more.
Treat coincidence as crossing | |||

Inside envelope | Selects components that are completely inside the envelope, including those that are inside but touching the envelope. To exclude components that touch the envelope, select Treat coincidence as crossing. | ||
Outside envelope | Selects components that are completely outside the envelope, including those that are outside but touching the envelope. To exclude components that touch the envelope, select Treat coincidence as crossing. | ||
Crossing envelope | Selects components that cross the boundary of the envelope, excluding those that touch but do not cross the envelope. To include components that touch but do not cross the envelope, select Treat coincidence as crossing. |
Show/Hide Options
Specifies the action to apply to components depending on whether or not they meet the specified criteria.
Show part components | Shows the components that meet the specified criteria. Choose one of the following to specify what to do with components that do not meet the selection criteria:
